Membership Benefits

 The Unlimited Wash Club offers a daily car wash for each day of the month upon membership renewal.

Automatic Renewal

Membership is automatically renewed monthly on the anniversary date of the original purchase. This incurs a recurring charge.

Program Changes

Soapy Rides Pty. Ltd reserves the right to modify, amend, or alter the program as deemed necessary. This includes the authority to suspend or terminate memberships for unauthorized or fraudulent use.

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel by providing a written notice with a 7-day lead time. Cancellation can be made via the app and any other requests should be sent to  soapyridesptyltd@gmail.com.

Refunds and Credits

No refunds or credits will be issued for partial periods.

Membership Eligibility

The Wash Club membership is specific to one vehicle per license plate and is non-transferable between vehicles.

Automatic Billing Agreement

By enrolling in the Unlimited Wash Club, you consent to automatic monthly charges to the provided credit card. You agree to waive any right to withhold or delay payment for the related credit card charges.

Non-Combination with Discounts

This program cannot be used concurrently with any other discounts.

Special Pricing for Certain Vehicles

Commercial vehicles, taxis, Uber cars, or any other hire vehicles have a unique premium pricing structure.

Statement

By agreeing to the terms and conditions:

  • You acknowledge that your credit card will be billed every month on the anniversary date of joining, unless cancelled in writing.
  • You understand the requirement of a 7-day written notice for membership cancellation, with no refunds or credits for partial periods.
  • You confirm that you are not a commercial vehicle, taxi, Uber car, or a vehicle for hire.
